Home for Poor Boys is registered under TamilNadu State Social Welfare Boards. This noble idea to start Home for poor, orphan and destitute children, between the ages 5 and 15 years, with boarding & lodging, has struck our mind because of the dimishing strength of the Govt. Madrasa-I-Azam Hr. Sec. School since a decade or more. To safeguard this historic institution and to protect the poor, orphans and destitute children, we have commenced a Home inside the campus of Madrasa-I-Azam Mosque, a Notified Wakf which was inaugurated in August 2001 by Moulana Hazrath Abdul Karim Parikh Saheb, an International well Known Islamic Scholar.

This place was an ideal one for starting a Home and in the Year 2008 we have 150 children who are provided with boarding and lodging apart from moral, deeniyath, sports and school education. We are happy to inform you that the strength fo Govt. Madrasa - I - Azam Hr. Sec. School now is with 425 Students and Inshallah We are planning to increase the strength of this home which inturn will increase the school strength.

The income of this home is through sponsorship of the inmates and through Friday collection. For permanent income we are planning to construct a multipurpose hall of about 10,000 sq.ft., approx, at the home campus, so that we could rent out for social and marriage function.
